Photography | San Francisco Waterfront
Although San Francisco is best known for its steep hills, cable cars, and Fog City nickname, the waterfront is another popular destination for locals and tourists alike. From Fisherman’s Wharf to Pier 39 to Ghirardelli Square, there’s plenty to see and do on the Embarcadero. And with the new Bay Lights installation overhead, it’s definitely worth a visit at night too! Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a longtime resident, these are some of our favorite spots along San Francisco’s waterfront. To capture this image I used a Canon 5DMK II with an EF 50mm F1.8 lens. Settings: ISO 100, f2.8, 50mm, and a 1-second exposure. Post-processing I used the Creative Flow Presets and Profiles for Lightroom Classic.
