Landscape Photography – Shapes and Shadows
Shapes and Shadows – There is something magical about this water-carved slot canyon in Page, Arizona. Antelope Canyon is known for its amazing colors and how the light plays on the narrow sandstone walls. This area of the canyon has been highly photographed and draws a lot of tourism. If you get a chance to be alone, without a tour group running through you can capture some unique shapes and shadows. To me, this particular corridor looked like a cave from a different planet. At times I felt like I was on the set of a Star Trek episode, just waiting for Kirk or Picard to beam in! View – High-Quality Version
Post Processing
Post Processing “Shapes and Shadows” – I took three bracketed shots EV (-2, 0, +2) and used the Landscape Collection Lightroom Presets to process the middle “0” exposure. Next, I used Luminar Photo Editing software from MacPhun to create another glowing version of this image. Finally, I combined all the different “versions” into Photoshop to get the final image!
