Blending Light HDR Photography – Ominous Light
Blending Light HDR Photography “Ominous Light” – Here’s a photo that I took in New York City. This photo was taken moments before I got soaked while visiting Rockerfeller Center “Top of the Rock.” The looming clouds and hazy light added to this very dramatic and unsettling scene. I’m working on a new method of blending images together called “Blending Light” (Photoshop) to give my images a more realistic and magical look. More of this coming soon!
Post Processing “Ominous Light” – I took three bracketed shots EV (-2, 0, +2) I used Lightroom on a single exposure (EV, 0) to create a couple of different versions. Next I combined the original three EV (-2, 0, +2) RAW files into Aurora HDR to create an HDR versions Finally, I blended all my different “versions” into Photoshop to get the final image! As I said above… I am working on a new method of blending images together “Blending Light” in Photoshop to give my images a more realistic and magical look. More of this coming soon!
